I’m loving this waist binder! This one is perfect! I have it on the first set of hooks and it’s very comfortable and will not let you slouch at all. I love the hook/zipper combo. IT Doesn't hurt. it doesn't rise in the back. its good quality. First of all, IT WILL BE HARD PUTTUNG ON.You have to hold your stomach in, look in the mirror and start from the bottom.YOU Will probably think its too SMALL.
